Resposible for Quality Assurance of all products, 12+ years of Experience with 4-5 years of experience running multiple teams. Must have strong communication skills, ceritification on Quality Assurance processes, Project management and multi-tasking skills. The person is expected to ensure QA processes are being practiced to the core, review plans and test cases, guide managers and leads of multiple teams. Needs to be hands on the product as much as needed for this role such as actual execution of some test cases, demo-ing the product to product managers, writing specification or technical.
Experience - 6+ Years in deploying technical contents for complex systems. Hands on knowledge in demonstrating the capabilities of the system are required. Very good knowledge of English, both written and verbal is a must.
Experence - 3+ Years of experience in QA (Manual testing, Automation testing) of Web Applications. The person is expected to participate in documentation and customer deployments.
Experience - Min 8+ Years in Java, Hibernate, Grails & with 3 years in technically leading a team. Expertise in BSS/OSS, Hosting, Cloud/IaaS is a plus.

Overall 8 years of experience in Customer support for enterprise applications, experience with ticket management systems, common knowledge of Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL Server, Tomcat and J2EE application. Excellent verbal and written communication, experience in managing a team of 20+, report preparation and process implementation is a must.
